"Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to seek refuge from the jinn as well as from the evil eye until Surah al-Falaq and an-Naas were revealed. When they were sent down, he utilised them and left other things." [Tirmidhi]

This hadith affirms the reality of the harm that can befall an individual from the envious, jealous gaze of a person who when he/she looks at you does not wish well for you. After the revelation of these two surahs, the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) sought refuge with Allah (subhana wa ta'ala) against the evil of the envious person, the evil of magic and all other evil, by using these surahs. Regarding Surah al-Falaq and an-Naas, Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said that these are ayaat "the likes of which have never been seen before." [Sahih Muslim]

Aisha (radi Allahu anha) reported that when the Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over them after reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times. When he became seriously ill, she used to recite (these two Surahs) and rub his hands over his body hoping for its blessings. [Sahih Bukhari]

These two surahs are the best to seek Allah's protection with. Uqbah ibn Amir (radi Allahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "No seeker of refuge can seek refuge with anything like these two." [Abu Dawud] And he (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "O Uqba, learn to recite Surah al-Falaq, for you will never recite a surah more cherished by Allah and more profound in His sight than this surah." [Hakim, Dhahabi]

Both of these surahs as well as surah al-Ikhlas, to be recited three times each, are included in the morning and evening supplications/duas.

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her told us how her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not change her playful ways.

Her young friends came regularly to visit her in her house. "I would be playing with my dolls," she said, "with the girls who were my friends, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would come in and they would slip out of the house and he would go out after them and bring them back, for he was pleased for my sake to have them there."

Sometimes he would say "Stay where you are" before they had time to leave, and would also join in their games. Aisha said: "One day, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, came in when I was playing with the dolls and he said: 'O Aisha, whatever game is this?' 'It is Solomon's horses,' I said and he laughed."

One day there were Abyssinians giving a fighting display with their weapons in the mosque. The Prophet asked 'Aisha whether she would like to watch the Abyssinians she said: yes. She remembered how the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, screened her with his cloak so as to let her watch the Abyssinians freely. He kept standing until she had enough and went back in, she said that he used to ask her if she is satisfied or not and she used to say No to test how much he is patient with her and he always succeed in the test may the peace of Allah be upon him .
Some of the great moments between our beloved Muhammad PBUH and his wife , our mother Aicha :

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, said that when she was traveling with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the Prophet raced her and she won. Few years later when she grew a bit fatter he raced her and he won.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, once told Aisha : “I know when you are pleased with me and when you are angry with me “
She asked : “How do you know that ?”
He replied : “when you are pleased with me you say ‘No by the God of Muhammad’ but when you a angry with me you say ‘No by the God of Ibraham. She said : “Yes, O God’s Prophet I only abandon your name

Aisha related that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, once told her that to him she was more loved to him than dates with butter and she would answer : “and you ‘ messenger of God are more loved to me than honey with butter

And when Aisha’s Jealousy overwhelmed her the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would excuse her and say that if she could control her jealousy she would

In fact her jealousy never exceeded the limits of religion or fairness. Actually her jealousy was a symbol of deep love to her extra-ordinary man

the Prophet (s) would say about his daughter Fatima : "Fatima is a part of me, he who upsets her, upsets me"

Also if the Prophet (s) would be seated and Fatima would enter he would get up and kiss her between her eyes, all the time. And therefore when he was about to die, she could tell because he was unable to stand up to kiss her. These days fathers don't even know how to hug their daughters let alone greet them with a kiss. Look at the affection, softness and sweetness of the Prophet (s).

If the Prophet (s) was traveling and entered al-Madina, the first thing he would do when he entered al-Madina would be to enter the Masjid and prays two raka`at and then he goes and visits Fatima. And if he was leaving Madina the last thing he would do before leaving is to go and see her. Look at our Prophet (s), and this affection and how important she was to him.Be nice to your wife , be nice to your kids , the prophet Muhammad pbuh should be your example :

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her told us how her marriage to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not change her playful ways.

The delicate balances in the magnificently large universe prove that this flawless order came into being as the result of God's superior creation.

Heavy in Balance but Light on Tongue

Heavy in Balance but Light on Tongue

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “And magnify Him (say Allahu Akbar) thirty-four times when you go to bed, and praise Him (say Al-Hamdu-Lillah) thirty-three times, and glorify Him (say Subhaan-Allah) thirty-three times. That is one hundred on the tongue and one thousand in the Balance.” The Sahabah asked:

Ya Allah, make my today be a better day than yesterday and definitely tomorrow a better day than today in my struggle in becoming a better servant of Yours

Ameen Ya Rabb~

The Prophet forbade the cursing of fever by saying: “Do not curse a fever because it abolishes sins like fire abolishes dirt from iron.” [Ibn Maajah]

He also describes the intensity of fever by saying: “Fever is coal from hell, get rid of it by using cold water.” [Ibn Maajah]
