After the famous trip from Makka to Media , the prophet pbuh established brotherhood between the mihajiroun (people coming from Makka) and al-ansar (the people of Madina) ,

He established brotherhood between Abdu'r-Rahman ibn 'Awf and Sa'd ibn ar-Rabi' al-Ansari. The Ansari wanted to share his house and property with him. But 'Abdu'r-Rahman ibn Awf said, 'May Allah bless you in your family and property. Just show me the market.'

I gave you this example because it shows the greatness of the prophet's companions ! Abdu'r-Rahman ibn 'Awf was from al-muhajiroun (people coming from Makka to Madina) , he had nothing with him , he did not have a house or wealth , but when the Ansari wanted to share his property with him , Abdu'r-Rahman ibn 'Awf said NO , and he asked to know where is the market ,

He prefered working , he did not want to get a house and a wealth without any effort , he said : "Just show me the market" and by time he became rich again.

Today we have millions of muslims sleeping in their beds waiting for their governments to offer them nice jobs !

What if your government failed to offer you a job ? will you spend your life waiting ? you should not be spineless , you must move and try to get free jobs , Allah is Al-Razak , not your government !

You must trust Allah and try to work everything you can , dont feel shame from working , all prophets were Sheep breeders and they did not feel shame but they were great people ..to get 1 Dollar per day from halal is better than getting nothing !

The muslim should not sleep , this is the message of Islam ..and that is how we can make our Ummah better ...In Islam work is given special importance to the extent that it is considered as an act of worship in itself

`Umar ibn Al-Khattab (ra), used to stress this point further by telling people, “Never should anyone of you think that du`aa’ (supplication) for sustenance without work will avail him, for heaven never rains gold nor silver”
